Another Management Shakeup At Arnold

Yannick Bollore, who just four months ago replaced his father Vincent as chairman of The Havas Group, is beginning to put his stamp on the holding company.

Yesterday the company confirmed a management shakeup at Boston-based Arnold -- the second major reorganization there in about a year. Out is global CEO Robert LePlae, who spent just 11 months in the job.

Assuming LePlae’s responsibilities is Arnold veteran Pam Hamlin, although she isn't getting the CEO title for now. Instead, she has been appointed global president of the agency.

"I've had the opportunity on numerous occasions to spend time with Pam and the leadership team of Arnold Worldwide,” stated Bollore. He expressed confidence that they will get the job done.

The change comes just weeks after Volvo shifted its creative assignment from Arnold to Grey.

Hamlin joined Arnold from Leonard/Monahan, where she was a partner and the director of client services. There, she was responsible for providing strategic leadership to the agency's accounts and driving new business efforts.

Arnold Worldwide's client roster includes The Hershey Company, Progressive, Carnival Cruise Lines, CVS pharmacy, Jack Daniel's and ADT.  It operates in 14 cities across 12 countries.
