Email Volume Rates Up 12.7% in Q3: Experian

Email volume rates were up 12.7 percent in Q3, according to new metrics from Experian Marketing Services. The Experian Marketing Services 2013 Q3 Email Benchmark Report also found that unique open rates increased 6 percent in Q3 2103, as compared to Q3 2012. The report also identified that including a brand name in only shipping confirmation emails helped brands see a 7 percent increase in unique open rates.
