Forstmann Little & Co. has sold its ownership stake in IMG Worldwide Holdings, a sports, media and entertainment company, to Silver Lake Partners and William Morris Endeavor Entertainment. IMG has
3,500 employees in more than 30 countries around the world; the company is involved in an average of 11 sports and entertainment events every day. IMG Clients has is a leader in talent representation,
including over 1,000 elite athletes, coaches and industry executives.
