Madison Avenue Digital Vet Finnegan Joins True[X]


Madison Avenue digital native Sean Finnegan has joined True[X] Media (formerly SocialVibe) as chief strategy officer.

True[X] is acquiring C4, the consultancy Finnegan has been running since leaving Interpublic’s Mediabrands’ now defunct Geomentum unit two years ago.

True[X] Founder and CEO Joe Marchese said the announcement is being made today as part of True[X]’s push at CES in Las Vegas, as well as its overall relaunch and repositioning story.

Finnegan, who was named an OMMA All Star in 2006, has held senior digital strategy roles in some of Madison Avenue’s biggest shops, including Omnicom/OMD, Publicis’ Starcom MediaVest Group, and Interpublic’s Mediabrands.

He will be responsible for overall marketing and revenue at True[X].
