Don't Strap A Robot To A Horse

Squeezing out a few more years of old technology or strategies that have kept your company going won't work to improve revenue -- it will only stifle growth. Eric Wheeler gives us some examples. He says it's like improving the technology around the ad without improving the ad format itself.
