Adobe Unites Campaign Management Services

Adobe on Tuesday announced it has combined Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Manager, two parts of its Adobe Marketing Cloud (the company’s marketing suite).

Adobe Campaign, formerly Neolane, is the company’s cross-channel campaign management service. Neolane was acquired by Adobe five months ago. The “experience manager” is for Web marketing management.

The purpose of combining the two is to offer both services -- cross-channel and Web -- from one spot, making it easier for marketers to manage campaigns.

In addition to integrating with the Web management tool, Adobe Campaign received some upgrades of its own, including real-time interaction management features (i.e., push notifications and offers).

The combined unit will remain part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
