Publicis Groupe's VivaKi Taps Beringer To Run Its AOD Unit

Stephan Beringer has been named Chief Growth Officer and President of Audience On Demand (AOD), the digital trading platform that is part of Publicis Groupe’s VivaKi division. He’ll report to VivaKi CEO Frank Voris and succeeds Kurt Unkel who is leaving next month for competitor WPP Team Detroit. 

Beringer was previously Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for the Digital Technologies Division of Publicis Groupe, including DigitasLBi and Razorfish.  He has been responsible for creating and deploying cross-agency teams tailor-made for clients.  He has also led and nurtured the Adobe client team for Publicis Groupe, a responsibility he will retain. 

During the nineties Beringer established and led the digital shop which became Tribal DDB.  By the time he left Tribal in 2005 to join Digitas, the agency had 24 offices.
