Kauli, a Japanese supply-side platform, is planning an initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Bloomberg has reported.
“The Tokyo-based company is seeking to go public by March next year,” Bloomberg wrote, citing CEO Katsuhiro Takata. “Kauli may seek a valuation of more than 30 billion yen ($295 million) in the offering.”
