P&O Ferries has dropped its Brighton-based creative agency, Designate, and is looking for a replacement with European reach. The brief involves direct marketing, digital strategy, SEO, e-mail and
social media as well as creative strategy. Sarah Rosier, head of marketing, explains the brand is shifting focus to growing the business and, at the same time, consolidating the number of agencies it
works with. The company's media relationship with Havas and SEO work with iCrossing are unaffected.
