Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the official car of the National Hockey League, is launching a range of marketing efforts linked to the Stanley Cup playoffs.
The rental car company debuted a TV spot featuring St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie.
The brand also is offering fans the playoff edition of its popular NHL Hat Trick Challenge.
Beginning April 16, and until the Stanley Cup champion is crowned, hockey fans can visit hattrick.nhl.com to test their ability to predict various game outcomes, including which teams will win, and which players will score goals and make assists.
Every day that games are scheduled, Enterprise and the NHL will pose three questions on the Hat Trick Challenge Web site, and if an individual answers all three questions correctly, a hat trick is scored. The individual who scores the most hat tricks throughout the playoffs will win the Hat Trick Challenge and receive two tickets and a trip to the 2015 NHL All-Star Game in Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to competing for the trip to the 2015 NHL All-Star Game, participants can create custom Hat Trick Challenge leagues and play against friends and family, as well as other fans of their favorite team. Top Hat Trick Challenge players will appear on a leaderboard on the website, and the top 15 hat trick scorers will be featured on the homepage.
Enterprise has been an official partner of the NHL and NHLPA for the past five years, and the company emphasizes finding ways to continue to bring the partnership to life for fans in meaningful ways, says Jim Stoeppler, assistant vice president, Enterprise Brand Marketing.
"We share our customers' passion for hockey, and the Stanley Cup Playoffs are something that our customers rally around," Stoeppler says in a release.
The Playoffs edition of the Hat Trick Challenge will be supported by an integrated marketing campaign that includes digital advertising, public relations and social media. Hockey analyst Barry Melrose will take part in the campaign, including media appearances.
Now in its fifth year as an official partner of the NHL, Enterprise also has sponsorship deals with 29 of the 30 NHL clubs, as well as the NHL Players' Association.
