Rosetta Taps New CFO Ariel Marciano

Publicis Groupe customer engagement agency Rosetta continues its hiring spree by naming Ariel Marciano as its new Chief Financial Officer. Marciano replaces Rich DeMilt who had served as CFO since 2008.

Marciano is a familiar face at Publicis Groupe. His experience in leading digital agency operations for agencies within the holding company include overseeing all financial operations for ZenithOptimedia France, Starcom France and VivaKi France. He’s credited with improving team organizations, boosting profitability and cash generation, strengthening client contract processes and delivering cost synergies.

Marciano also played a key role in the integration of both Digitas France and Razorfish France into Publicis Groupe after each was acquired.

Marciano will report directly to Adamski and functionally to Jean-Michel Etienne, Publicis Groupe CFO. He will be based in the agency’s Princeton, New Jersey office.

Meanwhile, Rosetta continues its expansion with to open additional global locations within the next two years and naming Alexander Ouvaroff as partner to lead the agency’s Los Angeles office.
