Mediasmart Mobile, a mobile demand-side platform (DSP), last week announced its expansion to Europe with the opening of a new London office. The UK office will serve London-based companies, per a release, and will support local, European or worldwide campaigns.

Mel Likimani will lead the company’s new office. He previously worked at Audiencielinx as managing director, at Adconion as sales director and at Buongiorno as advertising sales manager.
