Ad tech company Spongecell on Wednesday announced the opening of a new office in Stockholm, Sweden. In addition, the company has appointed Kenny Spångberg as director of sales, Nordics.

Spångberg joins Spongecell from 161 Media, a demand-side platform (DSP), where he served as managing director, Nordics.

The Stockholm, Sweden office is Spongecell’s seventh around the globe. The company is headquartered in New York City and has offices in San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto and London.
