The magazine industry has plans to form its own Thinkbox-like independent lobbying and marketing group Speaking at the PPA Reinvent conference, Kevin Costello, the chairman of the
Professional Publisher's Association and chief executive of Haymarket Media Group, revealed that the work currently undertaken by the PPA marketing team will soon be placed within a new independent
marketing agency. He also said a focus on digital will bring the PPA and the Association of Online Publishers (AOP) closer together.
