Y&R promoted Jim Radosevic to president of Y&R New York and elevated Sean Howard to chief operating officer, Y&R North America. Previously, Radosevic was executive vice president and global creative director at Y&R New York, overseeing creative development for Dell and Xerox. Most recently, Howard was general manager of the New York office. Prior to joining Y&R in 2011, Radosevic was partner, managing director and managing creative director of VML New York, charged with launching the agency's New York office. While there, Radosevic led the digital creative efforts for clients such as Vanguard, Burger King, Hershey's, Dannon, Office Depot and Xerox. Prior to joining Y&R New York in 2012, Howard was global client services director at Wunderman, where he led the T-Mobile and Microsoft Consumer accounts. Earlier in his career, Howard founded the creative and development operations for Enlighten, an interactive design and development agency in LA. Both executives will remain in New York, and Radosevic will continue in his roles on Dell and Xerox.
