Vdopia, a mobile video advertising firm and supply-side platform (SSP), on Wednesday announced it has opened two new offices overseas.

The company's new offices are in Germany and Australia, per a release. Vdopia is headquartered in Silicon Valley and now has offices in Fremont, Calif., New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, India, Singapore, Germany and Australia.

“We are seeing phenomenal growth in international marketers,” stated Saurabh Bhatia, co-founder and chief business officer at Vdophia. “In response we have expanded Vdopia’s presence in Germany and Central Europe and added Australia to provide wider coverage for our APAC clients.”

The company has also made three new hires to support the international growth.

Vdopia has tapped Oemer Oezvar from Smaato -- an RTB exchange and SSP -- as sales director of Germany and Central Europe. He will be based in Hamburg.

Richard Sweeting has joined the company has associate director of sales, Australia and New Zealand. He will be based out of Sydney. He joins the company from VeNA, an independent video network where he served as GM of sales, Australia.

The company has also announced the appointment of Ajay Prakash Mishra as director of operations, APAC. He will be based in Gurgaon, India. He joins Vdophia from xAd, where he most recently served as director of India and emerging markets.
