Danny Murphy is a legend on the football pitch, but it was his commentary during the BBC's coverage of the World Cup match between Holland and Costa Rica that sent social media into a frenzy on Saturday. The Match of the Day pundit appeared to generate more discussion than the actual game with his increasingly-expressive verbiage and bizarre attire. The match ended with the Netherlands advancing to the semi-finals with a 4-3 win on penalties.
