Bravo Adds 3 Series, Expands 'Million Dollar Listing'

Bravo is bolstering its lineup with three new scripted series and expanding its “Million Dollar Listing” to San Francisco, while renewing the Emmy-nominated “Million Dollar Listing New York” for a fourth season.

“Million Dollar Listing San Francisco” maintains the franchise’s formula of three ambitious real-estate agents trying to outsell each other.

“MDL” ranks among the top 10 most engaging reality series across all of cable, reports Nielsen.

Bravo’s first scripted series, “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce,” debuts Dec. 2 and stars Lisa Edelstein as a self-help book author who admits her perfect life is a lie. She relies on divorced friends to cope with a failing career and marriage.

Additional series include “There Goes The Motherhood,” which follows an affluent LA mommy group with different parent styles. It is led by parenting pro Jill Spivack. “Secrets & Wives” concerns a tight-knit group of wealthy friends who cope with marital problems, competing businesses and love as their seemingly close pals judge them.

Also, “Southern Charm,” which addresses the tight Charleston, South Carolina, society, goes behind closed doors for a second season to reveal the one-percenters’ exclusivity and generational scandals. Season one averaged nearly 1.3 million total viewers, per Nielsen.

Frances Berwick, president of Bravo & Oxygen Media, stated that the new slate is “broadening our appeal even further for our loyal, affluent and engaged audience.”

Bravo is part of NBCU Cable and, per Nielsen, the No. 7 ad-supported cable network among 18-49s.
