Tribal Worldwide New York tapped Heather Harrigan as head of user experience design and strategy. Harrigan will be responsible for leading a customer-centric vision, strategy, and execution of the
user experience design, and report to Richard Guest, U.S. president of Tribal Worldwide. Most recently Harrigan served as senior vice president, user experience at Rokkan. Prior to that, she worked at
DailyCandy, frog design and Proxicom for clients including Wellpoint, General Mills, Gain Capital, Caesars, Citi, Canon, Purina, JP Morgan, GE and the New York Times. "As I've come to know Heather,
