Triggered Email Volume & Response Rates Increased in Q2: Epsilon

Triggered email marketing messages made up 3.8% of the total volume of email sent in Q2 2014, which represented a 9.2% increase from the comparable time frame in 2013. This is according to a new study from Epsilon and Email Institute. The Q2 2014 North America Email Trends and Benchmarks report also revealed that triggered open rates rose from 72.6% in 2013 to 74.9% in Q2 2014. In addition, triggered click rates rose from 152.3% in Q2 2013 to 161.9% in the comparable quarter in 2014.
