Omnicom has revealed a 7.4 per cent increase in worldwide revenue to $3,749.6m for the third quarter of 2014, as well as total pre-tax charges of $8.8m for its failed merger with Publicis Groupe. The
global marketing services network that owns TBWA, OMD and DDB, recorded a year on year growth in global revenue from 2013’s figure of $3,490.5m and a rise in EBITA of 13.6 per cent to $460.5m
for the same period. Domestic revenue for the quarter reached $1,996.3m, 10 per cent higher than the same quarter last year.
