SS+K hired Anthony DeBery as head of creative services. Most recently, he was creative manager at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he was responsible for the hiring process and management and allocation of the agency's creative talent. In his new position, DeBery will be charged with creative recruitment and internal creative operations at SS+K, which picked up work for HBO, E*TRADE, Jackson Hewitt, The New Yorker and Fresh Direct this year. Prior to Saatchi & Saatchi, DeBery spent three years at Kirshenbaum Bond, Senecal + Partners. "Great things are happening at SS+K and we are constantly on the lookout for talent that will keep the momentum going," said Bobby Hershfield, Partner and Chief Creative Officer at SS+K. "People like Anthony will take this place even further." SS+K also named Alyssa Wilson Georg as senior art director. Georg was most recently senior art director at Arnold Worldwide where she worked on New Balance and Progressive. Prior to Arnold, she worked on Jet Blue at Mullen. The agency also hired former Buzzfeed writer Gabe Whaley as social/digital content writer.
