WPP's Possible Acquires Swift Collective

WPP digital agency, Possible, has acquired Portland, OR-based The Swift Collective, a specialist in content creation.

The deal comes just two weeks after Possible and sibling agency Mindshare unveiled a partnership to create Content+, a content group to generate real-time micro-content in what the firms say will be “a rapid production environment.” Possible indicated that the Swift acquisition would “further enhance” the Content+ offering.

Swift’s revenues for 2014 will be over $13 million and its clients include HTC Corporation, Starbucks, Nestle USA and REI. Swift employs over 70 people.  In addition to content creation Swift offers clients creative, strategy and social media expertise.
