Barnes & Noble announced Thursday that it's buying Microsoft's stake in Nook Media for $62.4 million in cash and 2.7 million shares, valued at about $52.8 million. The companies have also agreed
to terminate their commercial agreement. In 2012, Microsoft invested $300 million i
