Alcatel OneTouch is partnering with The Color Run in North America to be its presenting sponsor in 2015.
The partnership will help bring "The Happiest 5k on the Planet" to more than 1 million participants in over 120 cities in the U.S. and Canada.
The sponsorship includes integration of TCL Communication’s Alcatel OneTouch technology in selected markets of the nationwide running event. In these markets, RFID connected bracelets will enhance the runner's experience by making it easy for them to share their favorite event photos via social channels.
This Alcatel’s first year as a sponsor of the run. The brand is the official smartphone and mobile partner of the run. Other sponsors include Kind bars, Shout and Post-It.

Now in its fourth year, The Color Run is one of the largest event series in history. It is the originator and innovator of the paint race genre. In 2014, The Color Run hosted events in more than 50 countries and 240 cities worldwide .
The all-new Shine Tour will enhance the experience with a new sparkle zone on course, brand new participant kit and unique opportunities for colorful photographs throughout the course. At the finish festival, participants can enjoy music, dancing and massive color throws with accents of new confetti cannons, shimmery clouds of color and glitter.
