Craft Beers Run Out Of Names, And Into Lawsuits

There are more than 3,000 craft breweries in the U.S., and more every day. That means unavoidable copyright collisions as there are only so many names and ideas to go around. Candace Moon, the self-styled "Craft Beer Attorney," says it happens all the time. "There are only so many words and names that make sense with beer."
