REVOLVING DOOR: Sara Bamber Joins Arnold New York As Head of Strategy

Arnold Worldwide hired Sara Bamber as head of strategy in the agency's New York office. Bamber will report to Peter Grossman, president of the New York office. As head of strategy, she will be resonsible for all brands across the client portfolio and be a key player in driving the office's growth agenda. She replaces Beth Fetzer, who remains at Arnold but opted to reduce her schedule and focus solely on client business. Bamber most recently served as chief strategy officer at FCB Garfinkel, where she led a strategy practice that included 40 brand, research, digital and user experience planners. While there, Bamber also oversaw the award-winning "Oreo Daily Twist" campaign. Prior to FCB she worked at Anomaly, TBWA/Chiat/Day and SapientNitro, on major brands including Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, Virgin America, Nivea and Eli Lilly. "Sara has a proven track record of fueling creativity with consumer insights that inspire ideas, unlock opportunities and drive business impact," said Grossman. "She will play an important role in helping Arnold make creativity a leverageable business advantage for our clients."
