The ad tech marketplace continued consolidation this week with the announcement that Admedo, a programmatic ad platform headquartered in the UK, has acquired Dispop, a New York-based online display advertising and retargeting firm. Both Admedo's and Dispop's ad platforms are available on a self-serve basis.
"Admedo was created to make programmatic advertising accessible to more businesses, and provide a solution that gives advertisers increased transparency into where their ad spend really goes," stated Nick Moutter, CEO and founder of Admedo. "This vision is shared by the team at Dispop, so bringing our businesses together feels like a natural evolution."
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
