Microsoft’s Outlook email service has been blocked in China, following the
same problem with Gmail. According to Greatfire.org, a Chinese internet monitoring group, Outlook is a victim of a "man-in-the-middle” attack which allows the organization
doing the blocking to tap into the email communications being sent to and from the country without delivering them to the intended user.
