EBay to Breakup Enterprise Business

EBay Inc's plans to break up its eBay Enterprise business, a division that offers marketing services including email. The company has plans to either spin the division into three different companies which could be sold off or to offer it up as a public company. The news came as eBay revealed plans to layoff 7 percent of its staff across Marketplaces, PayPal and eBay Enterprise.
