Tech Companies Push Congress to Update Email Privacy Policy

On Tuesday, tech companies sent a letter to leaders of the House and Senate Judiciary committees to push forward updated legislation surrounding email privacy. Companies including Amazon, eBay and Facebook signed the letter demanding that Congress finalize a bill that would require law enforcement to obtain a warrant before searching a citizen's emails.
