Adaptive Media CEO Shareef Arrested

Adaptive Media, a supply-side platform (SSP), saw its CEO and Founder, Qayed Murtaza Shareef, arrested last week on counts of child pornography and more, per Performance Marketing Insider. Shareef has since been terminated from his positions by the company's board of directors.
The company announced new leadership on Tuesday, naming Jim Waltz chief operating officer, effective immediately.
