DigitasLBi is promoting Jill Sherman to SVP/social practice lead for Boston/Detroit, replacing Anne-Marie Kline, who recently left the agency.
In this role, Sherman will innovate with client teams to create cross-channel social campaigns that integrate media, technology and analytics to maximize engagement.
She will also oversee the agency’s efforts in the social space, with a particular focusing on extending the agency’s offering by developing new social partnerships with top companies.
“Jill is one of the smartest people I’ve met in the social space and the brains behind several award winning executions and ROI [return-on-investment] wins for our clients,” says Norman de Greve, president, DigitasLBi Boston/Detroit. “With her proven track record of leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and tireless work, she will thrive in this expanded role.”
In her previous role as VP/Group Director, social and content strategy at DigitasLBi, Sherman developed social and content marketing programs for brands across a wide range of global industries, including financial services, higher education, and consumer goods. That work included user engagement, social media, and content strategy, real-time marketing, and paid media executions. She also holds a patent in social commerce.
Sherman will be based in Boston and report to de Greve.
