The advertising world loves to make up words and phrases for things that are easily described with more understandable words and phrases. 

Atlanta-based Moxie, which closed its Cleveland office back in January, issued a memo stating that the agency's Chief Creative Officer, Anthony Reeves, is now on "extended leave." His executive assistant, Sasha Von Hanna has joined Reeves in that peculiar status.

Two other agency creatives, Renee Blake and Adam Albrecht, are said to have taken over the creative leadership role. Yes, people do take extended leave from time to time. But when two people do it at the same time, it causes the mind to wander and wonder. And we're just going to leave it right there. Speculating will only get me into trouble and, besides, the real story always comes out eventually.
