Gravity4, a San Francisco-based marketing firm, has announced its acquisition of Ezlike, a Brazil-based marketing technology company and Facebook Marketing Partner.
Ezlike offers a native ad platform on a managed- or self-service basis and requires clients to spend at least $10,000 per month, according to its Facebook Marketing Partners page.
The announcement comes just weeks after Gravity4 announced its acquisition of Triggit, a retargeting company specialized in native ad units. Like Ezlike, Triggit is plugged into the Facebook advertising world, as it is one of the companies that still has a seat on the Facebook Ad Exchange (FBX).
“We look forward to continuing to invest within the Facebook ecosystem,” stated Gurbaksh Chahal, chairman and CEO of Gravity4.
Ezlike is Gravity4’s eight acquisition since launching last July.
