Super Strange Miami Ad School Campaign Informs Ad School Students They Actually Will Be Paid For Creating Ads

Perhaps illustrating the creative silliness that passes for the actual business of advertising, this work from F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi for the Miami Ad School of Sao Paulo aims to convince otherwise smart ad students that yes, you will be paid for creating much of the idiocy that passes for the business of advertising.

In three ludicrous videos, we have a guy in a car with hair that sings, singing ground sloths hanging out in a tree and a 30-fingered piano player. Each spot ends with the tagline "Yes. You will get paid for doing this."

It's probably one of the most spot-on campaigns in recent history aimed at convincing ad students to join the agency ranks of ad professionals. After all, what intelligent 22-year-old witnessing most any form of advertising would come to the conclusion that grown adults get paid for creating all of this foolishness?
