Code and Theory promoted Dotty Giordano to partner. Giordano, who joined Code and Theory last April as director of client services, will continue to drive the agency's client service group. The
promotion follows Giordano's development of client relationships for the agency's New York office, specifically national and global campaigns for Maybelline New York, Burger King and Dr Pepper Snapple
Group. Giordano began her career in public relations. Prior to Code and Theory, she served as group manager and was a senior leader in the brand marketing practice at Ketchum. Giordano also held
senior posts as at Evins Communications and Ogilvy PR in New York City, representing luxury and consumer brands such as Leica, Maker's Mark, Virgin America, Johnson & Johnson's Baby, Aveeno, and
Sunglass Hut.
