New Platforms, Including BrightRoll, Plug Into Placed For In-Store Measurement

Location-based ad-targeting firm and in-store attribution company Placed has been on a partnership spree.

One month after partnering with a handful of programmatic ad-buying platforms, including DataXu, Run and The Trade Desk, Placed has added BrightRoll, Moasis, Mediabrix and others to its list of partners as well.

The deals give Placed partners in the programmatic video space (BrightRoll), the location-based targeting space (Moasis, Ubimo) and with networks (Crisp Media, Mediabrix, Sito, UpSnap). These new partners now have access to Placed's offerings.

“The clients of these partners will now be able to measure ad to in-store, as well as utiliz[e] location to target audience segments beyond the traditional proximity to store,” explained David Shim, founder and CEO of Placed.

Shim’s vision is to bring a “single currency to measure store visits” to programmatic ad traders, something he feels the company’s recent slew of partnerships helps accomplish.

Existing Placed partners include xAd, Thinknear, Dstillery, Adelphic, StrikeAd and others.
