Havas Life promoted Allison Ceraso and Michael McNamara, to lead Havas Life NY as co-managing directors. Ceraso, whose new title is managing director, chief creative officer, and McNamara, as managing director, replace Dorothy Gemmell, who served as president of Havas Life NY for two years. McNamara will be responsible for account services and strategy, while creative and creative operations will report to Ceraso. "Allison and Michael are an inspiration," said Donna Murphy, Global CEO of Havas Health. Having spent more than 16 years each exclusively at Havas, they truly represent opportunity, optimism and the next generation of leadership. Michael grew up in account services, Allison in creative and experience design, and as a team they have the youthful energy and savvy it takes to lead Havas Life NY."
