Surprise, Surprise. Former GoDaddy CEO Hires Former GoDaddy Girl For His Golf Brand

Hey, if people get sick of the prurient use of barely dressed women with their boobs spilling out of their tops to sell internet domains, why not transfer the strategy a golf brand? That's just what former GoDaddy CEO Bob Parsons has done for his Scottsdale-based Parsons Xtreme Golf brand.

Parsons has hired Anna Rawson who, in 2009, partnered with Parson to be a GoDaddy girl. Rawson will be featured in a series of ads created for the brand by Parson's PR agency Big Yam, The Parsons Agency.

Rawson's appearance in the golf brand's ad campaign isn't entirely about sexualizing things. Rawson has played the Ladies European and LPGA tournaments. For her part, Rawson says she looking forward "to help build what I believe to be an iconic brand."
