Don't Check Your Email When You're Out on Vacation

A lot of research has been done in recent years illustrating the negative health affect of working after hours and on vacation. If you are getting ready to go on vacation, executive coach Scott Eblin says that you should consider your out of office email message. Rather than saying you are on vacation and slow to respond to email, he argues that you should say you are on vacation and are not responding to email until you get back.
