FCB Garfinkel Wins Lincoln Financial Creative AOR


Lincoln Financial Group has selected FCB Garfinkel as its new creative agency of record, the companies confirmed Wednesday. The company spends an estimated $30 million on ads annually according to Kantar Media.

The selection came after a three-month review, managed by Ark Advisors. Gyro, the incumbent agency since 2011, didn’t defend the account.

Gyro developed the “Chief Life Officer” campaign that the financial company used for several years. New work from FCB Garfinkel is expected to break in the fourth quarter.

“We look forward to our partnership with the team at FCB Garfinkel, and taking our brand to the next level,” said Dave Wozniak, VP and head of advertising and sponsorships for Lincoln Financial Group.

Lincoln has $223 billion in assets under management and reported a 13% gain in revenues to $13.5 billion in 2014.
