Starcom USA, a full service media agency within
Starcom MediaVest Group, has changed its executive management structure in the USA. As part of the reorganization,
JOHN MUSZYNSKI
has been elevated to managing director, investment and operations, and
STEVEN FEULING has been hired to serve as chief marketing officer. Muszynski, formerly Starcom’s EVP/chief broadcast
investment officer, oversees the management of national and local broadcast activities for Starcom’s entire roster of clients. Feuling joins Starcom from the Kmart Corporation, where he was senior
vice president of marketing. During his Kmart stint, he served the corporation as CMO for its online division Bluelight.com.
