Amazon Product Ads See 85% YoY Growth

Merkle RKG put together some numbers which highlight that Amazon Product Ads produce a major revenue stream among feed-based ads, growing faster than all other comparison shopping engines (CSEs). The data, aggregated in response to the marketplace telling advertisers it would discontinue running third-party ads that take site visitors to other sites, shows that while most CSEs have seen declines since Google Shopping became a paid service powered by Google Product Listing Ads (PLAs), Amazon Product Ads has seen about 85% year-over-year growth.
