Havas Media Wins $50 Million Realtor Association Account

Havas Media has been selected by the National Association of Realtors as its media agency of record in the U.S.

The group spent nearly $50 million on ads last year, according to Kantar Media.

The assignment includes media planning, buying, analytics, strategy and digital. The account will be led from Havas Media’s Boston office.

In July, sister agency Arnold Worldwide was named the association’s creative agency of record after a separate review.

Commenting on the media review, NAR President Chris Polychron said “the agency greatly impressed us with their understanding of the hyper-connected consumer audience and their creative, strategic ideas for reaching them."

Polychron added that the shop will “help us maximize and leverage our ad spend to enhance the Realtor brand and value, engage consumers in new ways, and bring increased value for NAR’s million-plus members.”

Greg James, chief strategy and development officer, Havas Media North America, added: “This win is testament to the strength of our belief in making what we call 'must-see media,' and our skills as a Village in Boston working in partnership with Arnold.”
