Jonathan "JB" Byrne joined Heat team as creative director. Byrne joins the agency from DDB California, where he served as creative director. At Heat, Byrne will work on clients like Kendall-Jackson
wines and Esurance and will also be taking the creative lead on new business endeavors this fall. "JB is an advertising veteran who can shape and protect the big ideas while not being afraid of
