JEFF BANDER to vice president of ad sales. Bander is responsible for interactive advertising sales on all of HOLL's Web sites and ad sales for
HOLL's interactive cable television network, Hollywood.com Television. Bander joined HOLL in July as vice president of ad sales for Broadway.com.
