Girls in Tech Employee Fired For Misogynist Email

Girls in Tech, a non-profit firm aimed at supporting women that work in tech, has let go of a male employee after he sent a misogynist email to a prospective sponsor. The email was then shared on Twitter. The former Director of Corporate Sponsorships John DeMartini wrote the rude email to MindJet CMO Amy Millard after she declined to sponsor one of the organization’s upcoming events.
