Virgin Media Bounces Legitimate Email

Virgin Media customers that use Ntlworld.com for their email accounts have been having legitimate emails blocked from their inbox for several days. The issue comes after the ISP migrated from Google's Gmail. The migration opened the flood gates for massive amounts of spam email messages. Virgin corrected this with a new spam filter, but it appears to be oversensitive and legitimate mail is not getting in.
