FBI Is Investigating Whether Clinton Violated the Espionage Act

The FBI is looking into whether or note Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while serving as Secretary of State was a violation of the Espionage Act. Investigators are looking at whether she exercised "gross negligence" in the handling of national defense information with the server.
